What is Kokoro Cat Cafe?
We’re a Japanese-inspired cat cafe and is a space where you get to enjoy the company of our adoptable cats while enjoying our refreshing Japanese beverages.
We are open Sunday - Thursday from 11:20 AM - 8:40PM and Friday - Saturday from 11:20 AM - 9:20 PM. Every day we are closed between 2:00PM - 2:40PM in order to clean and feed the cats.
How much does it cost?
Admission is $20 per person for a 40 minute session inside of our cattery. We also sell drinks for $3.50 and offer a premium experience package for $9. The premium experience package includes a drink, catsicle treat, as well as a instant photo keepsake attached with a BOGO deal on your next visit.
Are there age restrictions?
Children under the age of 4 years old are not allowed. Children under the age of 12 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.
What are the rules around the liability waiver and where can I find it?
Everyone over the age of 18 must sign the waiver. If you are under the age of 18, please have a parent or guardian sign on your behalf and bring a photo of their ID with you when you arrive.

What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We will grant your reservation up to 48 hours in advance in order to reschedule or cancel the appointment. If you are past this 48 hour grace period, unfortunately, you will be unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment and not be able to receive a refund
Do you offer walk-ins?
Yes, we offer walk-ins but we highly recommend booking online in order to guarantee a spot. For walk-in customers, they will have to go in during a allotted time slot and will need to wait until that time.
Where are you inside Tangram Mall?
We are located on the Ground Floor of the mall and by the College Point Boulevard entrance.
Where do your cats come from?
We have partnered with Anjellicle Cats Rescue, a no-kill rescue organization, that provides all of the cats inside the cattery. All the cats either came from foster homes or were strays
How do I adopt a cat?
